Obituary for George R. Riddell

"George! I was just thinking about you and was wondering how you have been. I can't believe you're gone. I just can't. Just too soon. You were one of the nicest coworkers I ever had. I always felt that I could rely on you for anything I needed help with. One of my favorite moments was any day when I ended up behind you on the way to the parking garage after I changed roles. Even in my car, you knew it was me, and always beeped the horn, gave the wave, to say "hello" as we drove to our respective buildings. It meant a lot to me, knowing that you never forgot who I was in a sea of people we swim among.

I wish we kept in touch more. You literally lived down the street from me! I'm sorry I didn't reach out more often just to say hello, but I'm keeping the faith that we'll see again some day. I miss you George. I'll always cherish the time we had together.
