"So sorry that we are in Florida and will not be able to attend Joe's service and burial. Joe was my cousin. He had a heart that was as big as Rockland. I was a cheerleader when he starred on the football team. I have fond memories of that time we had together. Joe did not have always have an easy life. But somehow inside he remained a very sweet soul. I will choose to remember him coming off of the football field with a huge smile after another victory for RHS."
