Condolence & Memory Journal

I'll miss this gentle and generous man very much, and I can only imagine how much you will. I remember him helping me with phrases in Dutch when I was going to visit the Netherlands. I always looked forward to his visits at Town Hall. My prayers to you and your family and I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to know this wonderful man.
Many blessings to you and your family.

Our hearts go out to Barbara and the Itz family. Arnold was one of the most honest, giving people we have ever known. He was a true pillar and tremendous representative of the First Congregational Church of Hanover. He will be missed but he will also be remembered. His approach to life and giving taught us all a lesson. Thank you, Arnold, for all that you gave and did.

Captain Itz will forever stand out in my mind as one of the most kind and caring individuals in the steamship industry. Even in retirement, he worked hard through the mission to help mariners traveling to Boston. He will be missed by his many friends in the shipping industry, but will be reflected through his sons, Charlie and George. My condolences to the Itz family.
