Whether we were camping or apple picking or hanging out we always had a good time, with all our kids and as grand parents roaming around portland eating and shopping or riding the narrow gauge railway, we are missing a friend

Even though I had only known Jerry for a short while I always noticed and appreciated his quick smile and easy sense of humor. Another great quality that shone through was the close and playful relationship Marj and Jerry had.

I am going to miss you Jerry.

Dear Marj and family,
For so many years you all have been a huge part of our lives. It's hard to imagine the future without Gerry and his warm humor, great generousity, and quiet strength. To say he will be missed is to state the obvious. Know that we are here to help you through the grief and to keep alive the memory of this wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Love, John and Gerry
